My art is still in need of improvement and such. I am a novice at art and will do my best in all my drawings and writings in the future!

Favourites

These are amazing works of arts made by many in which I want to thank for making them; regardless of quality because I think they are all great and unique!

Sedric x Mira is just adorbs. Even Sedric can’t handle the cuteness. Too sweet. It’s diabetes.

I don't post enough here. I keep forgetting. But uh yeah, I've had a very hectic past two weeks.

These past few weeks have been crazy. I hadn’t a chance to write anything about them, because I’ve been busy. But I’m taking a quick study break to write a reflection:

1) I kind of feel proud of myself for going out there two weekends in a row so far to judge at debate tournaments. It’s my only source of income. I spent over 12hrs last weekend each day and earned some good money. It was hardly minimum wage but for the mindless work I did + the down time, it was worth. I was fed free food and I had time to study.

2) There, I met a very famous radiologist while judging at Stanford. Apparently he was judging. This old man started a conversation with me while I was eating. Imagine my surprise when he told me he was also a Stanford professor/radiologist! I met Doctor Michael (Mike) Moseley! He revolutionized the radiology field by increasing the speed of MRI scanners. Not only that, the current radiology techniques used now are his. He does a lot of traveling and interesting things. Mike is a real oddball though.

I’ll share what other stories he told me. He has been married three times. He was originally a Zen Buddhist when the Vietnam drafts were around. He graduated from MIT and then moved to Sweden for graduate school. There he learned Swedish (because he craved adventure). His post-doctoral was in Israel. His first wife was Jewish so he converted to Judaism. His second wife was a Muslim Israeli, whom he had two kids with, and so he converted to Islam. Now his current wife/or girlfriend he had said is a Latina. He told me liked “Dangerous Women.” He’s a timid and brilliant fellow. He also asked about me and we found out that we were both left handed. He tells me that left handed people think differently from right handed people, that we have odd thoughts. These odd thought patterns are attributed to geniuses he says like Einstein, and etc. Left handed people are often the result of the mother having a difficult birth. This is true in my case. South Paws are also very prone to manic depression. I went through depression for almost two years and so I asked him about that and he told me he did, too. It was strangely comforting to hear that from him. I also asked a very important question: what if you were born left handed but switched to using your right hand early on? Does that affect how your brain operates in terms of odd thoughts and depression? He told me, if you were born that way, you still are a leftie inside.

3) That Monday following the weekend, I hear on the news that there was sexual assault on Stanford campus on that Saturday I was there. And I was just utterly stunned, because I remembered I was desperately walking around searching for a bathroom on campus. The assault happened in one of the bathrooms of the Main Quad, where I happened to be around. I have many more thoughts on this… I’m so sad to hear that happened to someone, especially when that person could have been me possibly. The quiet thought I have: I was there and I was looking for a restroom, yet by some lucky chance I never found one in the enormous Main Quad.

4) I am very wary of White Vehicles. I almost got into another car accident behind a white car. Dad was exiting off a highway behind three cars. The leading white vehicle was a loaded truck (think of one that would haul coal or something) that suddenly broke and turned at the entrance of the ramp. White smoke went everywhere and we smelled burning rubber. There were two white cars ahead of us and they had to break hard. Us being the third card, we were able to safely break and watch. What were the chances of having all three cars ahead of us as white cars? Yes, my first accident that almost had me 60-0mph into an unmoving vehicle involved a white car in my face. Friend and I didn’t hit the car in front of us, but I remember the anxiety of being too close to a white car. [We were rear ended because we broke hard and the car behind us didn’t have a chance.]

5) I judged for my high school’s debate tournament. I find it easy to catch up on hot world news whilst judging. It keeps me on my toes. Anyways, I have 4 exams this week yet only three classes? Huh, funny how one class decided to have two exams? Last but not least, I find out some people have stolen my art. Seriously, 20k on a post for a different site. Rip. 2.3k on tumblr. Lol. W/e though, I’m stressed and tired.

I guess that’s a huge recap of my last two weeks. I had some mighty revelations.

Shen Updates by LegendarySwordsman
Shen Updates
WHAT ARE THOOOOOOSEEEE?

Holy cow! I posted this on tumblr today and it just blew up my dash. Haha. I remembered to upload it here. I really love Shen but I don't really like how he even looks less like a ninja? For one, he's now wielding a giant sword. How is that sneaky ninja like? It's not even a nice ninjato anymore. Sigh. Riot wanted their new champions to match their thematics but Shen is still a ninja that tanks and can be seen everywhere????

He's like Naruto: "HEY. IM SHEN. FIGHT ME!"  That's just my two cents on the update. I love the new SFX and stuff though. His ult looks awesome.
